Why haven’t I had any emails from Bourn to Run?

A few of our entrants for the 10k have been experiencing problems in not receiving out emails that confirm your place in this years Bourn to Run. This seems to be affecting users on Hotmail email accounts in particular. If you have entered the 10k race and are wondering why you haven’t had any confirmations from us, its very likely that our email messages have been wrongly marked as spam or junk mail by your email provider! Please note we don’t send out any additional messages to 3k entrants other than a confirmation of payment.

The good news is that this is easy to resolve! Firstly have a look in at your email and open the spam or junk email folder. Hopefully you’ll find messages from our email address: info(a)bourntorun.com

If you have a query or are unsure if your registration was successful please contact us and we’ll check the system.

Ideally you should ‘whitelist’ our email address and this will prevent our important race information being filtered by your email provider.
